Welcome to our luxurious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath villa in Condado, Puerto Rico! Perfect for families/groups, this high-end stylish property features a private pool, spacious terrace, and BBQ grill. You'll notice a smile on your face from the moment you step inside. There's natural light seemingly everywhere, a proper reminder that you're getting enough vitamin D on your well deserved vacation. Chefs welcomed! We surround you with quality appliances to inspire your creativity and supply you with firepower you need to make memorable meals for those you love. Need some fresh air? Take it outside and start up the grill while everyone takes a dip in the pool before dinner. Bedrooms have something for everyone. Soaking tub in the master suite... yup. Mini circus tent in the kids room... you know it. Even first floor bedrooms for those loved ones that don't need to be constantly going up and down the stairs... we got you covered. King bed fit for a phenomenal master bedroom. There's games for the family, tv's for movie buffs, and stairways to private patios... yeah, you got to see it for yourself! Guest access You will have access to everything on the property except our re-stock closets and the rooftop with the cistern/sky lights. Everything else is fair game. Other things to note We have a state of the art generator and cistern system. Even though the power outages can be a regular occurrence most Air BnB's in Puerto Rico don't have these systems in place. We like to think ahead so as to not disrupt the great times you'll surely be having when you stay with us. We also offer a fully stocked kitchen and grill area for lovely family dinners. Additionally, we understand traveling with kids can be an adventure. That's why we include a travel crib/pack n play, high chair, baby monitors, changing table and more to ensure a stress free vacation. Regular check-in is at 4 pm. Scheduled early check-in is an additional $100. Regular check-out is at 10 am. Scheduled late check-out is an additional $100. If there are delays in vacating the home at the established check-out time, there will be a $250 charge per each hour (time will always be rounded up to the following hour). For example: 30 mins delay will be charged as 1 hour.
