Other things to note 1. ⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early Check-In and Late Check-Out may be available but are NOT guaranteed. A $100 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs. Early check-ins before 11 AM or late check-outs after 1 PM require an additional full night. Standard Check-In: After 4 PM Standard Check-Out: 10–11 AM 2. 📍 Location & Proximity We are conveniently located 10–15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and major convention centers. If you need exact distances, limo assistance, or transportation recommendations, feel free to ask! 🚗✨ 3. 🏊‍♂️ Pool & Jacuzzi Usage The pool and jacuzzi are NOT heated by default. Heating is available upon request for an additional fee. Pool heating ranges from $150–$200 per session, depending on season and temperature preference. Jacuzzi heating includes a 45-minute allowance per day. Propane usage is monitored via meter — overages may incur additional charges. Please do not step on the jacuzzi cover (max weight 100 lb). ⚠️ 4. 🎉 Events, Visitors, & Parking All events or gatherings require host approval, especially those that may impact the neighborhood. Approved events may incur an additional event fee. The home accommodates up to 28 guests for gatherings. Neighborhood parking allows up to 8 cars total, including visitors and overnight guests. 🚗🚗🚗 Please share your guest count and number of cars to ensure compliance with community rules. 5. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome with a small pet fee. Please clean up after your pet — uncollected waste may result in an additional cleaning fee. 🧼🐶 6. 🧹 Cleanliness & Property Standards The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. All major appliances, utilities, and essentials are checked to ensure proper functionality. ✔️ 7. ♻️ Trash Pick-Up Trash is collected Saturday morning.
