Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to both full apartments, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and private terraces. You'll also have full access to the shared swimming pool, which is available to guests of only 20 units in the complex. The apartments are on the ground floor, making access easy and convenient – no stairs required! Self check-in is available via smart lock, making your arrival easy and flexible. Other things to note 🌊 Beach access: The beach in front of the accommodation has been eroded by climate change and is not suitable for swimming or recreational use. However, it offers a picturesque view of the fishing boats and Cozumel. Depending on global weather conditions—especially between May and August—there may or may not be sargassum. 🔇 Noise: No parties or loud noise allowed, especially between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Some nearby clubs could be heard. $100 USD fine for excessive noise. 👥 Visitors and extra guests: Visiting hours allowed from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (max. 6 people). From guest number 15, $30 USD per night per additional person is charged. 🚗 Parking: Free, subject to availability. Please provide vehicle model and license plates before check-in. 🚭 Smoking and substances: Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on terraces with windows closed. $100 USD fine for smoking indoors. Drug use is strictly prohibited. ❄️ Air conditioning: Turn it off when leaving and keep doors and windows closed while in use. 🔌 Long stays: For reservations longer than 28 nights, electricity is charged separately at $3.5 MXN per kWh. 🛗 Elevator: Maximum capacity of 2 people per trip. 👶 Baby items: Crib and high chair available upon request ($100 MXN per night per item). 👕 Laundry: Available at an additional cost. Drying clothes on terraces or windows is not allowed. 🔥 Use of grills: Only gas or electric grills are allowed on penthouse terraces. Charcoal or wood grills are not allowed. 🐾 Pets: Not allowed.
