The space This private cabin is designed to offer comfort, functionality, and a true connection with nature. The space features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a cozy living area with TV and projector, and large windows that bring in natural light and beautiful mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook and feel at home, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. The cabin also offers a private garden, outdoor seating area, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Monteverde. Guest access The entire house and property are available for our guests. Park as you please in our spacious parking area, take a nap anywhere in the garden, practice yoga on our terrace with the beautiful view... Our house is for our guests to enjoy! Other things to note Location We are located 10–15 minutes from Santa Elena, the main town of Monteverde, where you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, and services. You’ll enjoy peace, privacy, and nature while staying close to all main activities. Nearby Groceries 🛒 A small convenience store (El Ventolero) is just a 5-minute walk away and offers basic essentials. We recommend doing your main grocery shopping in Santa Elena before arrival. The house includes only coffee, tea, sugar, and salt. Road Access 🚗 The road from San José to Santa Elena is fully paved. The last 5–6 km to the house are gravel road, usually in good condition. Driving slowly is recommended. A 4x4 is ideal, but a 4x2 vehicle can also reach the property. Driving in Costa Rica 🌄 Roads may have limited lighting or signage in some areas. We recommend driving during daylight hours and taking your time to enjoy the journey. Climate & Nature 🌬️🌿 Monteverde is a cloud forest area, so weather can be cool, humid, and sometimes windy—part of the authentic experience of staying surrounded by nature.
