Spacious gîte for 4 people located in the heart of nature equipped with a private outdoor spa (from June to September), for a relaxing stay with family or friends, close to a cheese factory. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue with dining area and sunbathing. The space In the heart of the Massif, we welcome you to our vacation rental with a maximum capacity of 6 people. Ideally located in the small town of Avèze, the accommodation is equipped as follows: * An open and equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.) and everything you need to cook, * Air-conditioned living/dining room for meals and evenings with family or friends, * 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms (140 x 190 beds), * A hydromassage shower room and toilet area, * An entrance with a rack to put your clothes and shoes as well as a cabinet with cleaning supplies. * Washing machine and clothes drying rack. You also have access to a large terrace to enjoy your meals, enjoy the tranquility of the place and admire the sunset with our outdoor spa (only from June to September). Baby equipment available upon request. * Sheet: €10/bed 140 x 190 * Towel/glove: €5/person * Cleaning €50 * Pets: €3.50/day/animal A deposit check of €250 will be paid to the owner upon arrival and returned at the departure inventory. Guest access The cottage is on our property but completely independent, close to a farm, specializing in Bleu d'Auvergne and Fourme.
