Among other points of interest, it is very close to the always lively Quintana square, Calero park, the Alcalá Norte shopping centre and the Pablo Neruda library. Tradition and avant-garde coexist in this urban transformation hub. The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centres and significant companies. Due to its good connection, one can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía or La Latina and other strategic locations in Madrid in just minutes and in a direct line. All of this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy the stay in the city for short stays and during months. The study: Located on the third floor, this cosy studio with capacity for 4 people, combines in one space the magnificent and well-distributed living room, the dining area and a rest zone with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV. Moreover, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and various appliances. This accommodation has a full bathroom with a shower. The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
