The owners stay on the ground floor, and guests will have the entire 2nd floor to themselves with complete privacy during their stay. The guests will also have access to the private garden on the ground floor, and there is a direct walking pathway to the stream / river. The penthouse is pet-friendly, on the second floor of a 2-storey building, has no elevator/lift, and is not wheel-chair friendly.
