In this cosy accommodation you will spend a great time. Lake view and all around view of the countryside. The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the lake is just a stone's throw away. There are the Badi, a beach volleyball court and training facilities. The apartment is furnished with high quality materials. The space Your accommodation: You sleep in the separate bedroom in the new box spring bed in high-quality blankets and pillows. In the living room you can enjoy your coffee with a view of Lake Zurich. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the sofa you can comfortably "Netflix". The sofa can be converted into a sleeping place. The second bedroom is ideal for children. If an adult wants to sleep in it, toys are put away and large duvets are provided. A printer/scanner is available and the rowing machine and a few small training utensils can be used at any time. Since the lake is only a few minutes walk away, we provide our guests with a beach towel and a cool box. Children: Also children are in good hands with us. Since we ourselves have three children and we have pretty much everything you need and make it available. This means: travel cot, buggy, high chair, "plastic food equipment" incl. bib, ladder trolly, kickboard, toys, books and and and. Best to ask. Shopping: Very close by is the supermarket. If you would like to have breakfast outside the house or want to eat something for lunch, I highly recommend the concept store Beju, with café just around the corner. At the same time, you can browse great home accessories and treat yourself to something beautiful. Public transport connection: The two bus stops Risi/Dow and Kàpfnach are a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The bus runs every half hour to Horgen station, with a journey time of about 10 minutes. (Distance 2.2 Km). There is a direct connection to the train to Zurich. The train ride to Zurich takes about 20 minutes. Departure times bus: No. 134: Viertal after or quarter before an hour. No. 121: 19 min or 49 min after one hour The train to the airport: He drives every half hour. Travel time approx. 30 min. Guest access The accommodation is accessible via a separate house entrance. At the moment, a room is locked that cannot yet be used. We will communicate the code for the key box after we have received the identity documents of the guests. Other things to note An excessive electricity consumption is not permitted. Cryptofarming is prohibited. The accommodation is located in our house, where we live with three children. Although we are considerate, noise cannot be ruled out. We are also flexible - let us know your wishes. Utensils such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, Nespresso capsules, sugar, dishwashing tablets, detergent etc. Are available on arrival. However, it is not replenished on request during the stay and must therefore be procured by yourself.
