The space 200 m² oceanfront house, two floors, designed for a unique and relaxing experience. On the first level, it has a 30 m² mezzanine, fully equipped kitchen, living room, a bathroom and two cool double bedrooms with ceiling fan. A beautiful staircase leads to the second level, where there is a cozy living room with hammocks, a rustic and antique double bed, desk, and an additional bed if needed. Next door, the master bedroom offers air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a large terrace with a majestic 180° view of the sea. Built with ecological materials such as Armenian guadua, natural stone slab, Spanish veneer mosaics and snail finishes, with antique furniture that provides an unparalleled Caribbean colonial touch.
