Chalet in Icogne

The chalet is located in the old village of Icogne, on the small historic square. Former barn from the early 20th century, it was transformed into a chalet and renovated in 2024 in a typical and warm style. With its full southern exposure and large windows, the living spaces are bright and its large balcony offers a great view of the mountains and the Rhone Valley. You are 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Crans Montana and 15 minutes from Anzère (Magic Pass). The space The cottage has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a total of 8 people. In addition, a crib can be provided. IMPORTANT: During the ski season, the property can still accommodate 8 guests, including a maximum of 6 adults. To ensure an optimal experience, the 6th bed is not available. Linens and bath towels are provided. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with bath and toilet, a fully equipped new kitchen, the living room with a functional fireplace and access to the balcony. The kitchen has a large fridge and separate freezer, as well as 2 raclette machines and 1 fondue caquelon. The ground floor is composed of 2 bedrooms with a bed (160x200), 2 bunk beds (90x200), a sofa bed (140x190) a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet as well as the laundry room. The space on the ground floor allows you to offer a cozy area to read, watch TV or play video games. Ideal for young people who will also find board games and books. From the chalet you can go directly on foot or by bike to do hikes and walks on the different trails and slopes that pass through Icogne. A bus stop next to the chalet allows you to reach Crans Montana in 15 minutes and come from Sion station in 35 minutes. 50m away is a tennis court, a small soccer field, a 3x3 basketball court, a ping-pong table and a pétanque court with a great view (all equipment is available). Many summer and winter activities are within a few minutes drive (see list in photos). New: 4 indoor padel courts a 5-minute drive away. There is a private parking space in front of the chalet and more than 30 free spaces nearby as well as an electric terminal. Le Café d 'Icogne is a great restaurant in front of the Chalet that offers local cuisine with dishes prepared from seasonal products. In Crans Montana the shops are open 7/7.
