The space The Villa consists of a large open-plan living room with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, the Villa has a second bathroom with a very comfortable bathtub and 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden and two double rooms with single beds, one of which has a second balcony with a view. All rooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished with the necessary utensils (refrigerator, oven, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans, coffee machine with capsules). Outside there is a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, furnished with a table, chairs and sunbeds. The Villa also has unlimited Wi-Fi network and is free. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Villa and the outdoor garden Other things to note - House Rules: We are happy to welcome pets to our villa. We kindly ask our guests to make sure that the animals are well-behaved and do not damage the property. - Check-in and check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. onwards, while check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We are flexible with schedules, so please contact us if you have special needs. - Parking: We offer free private parking for one car on the property. - Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and credentials will be provided at check-in. - Additional services: Upon request, we can arrange additional services such as extra cleaning or linen changes during your stay. - Assistance during your stay: We are always available to answer your questions or assist you during your stay.
