【Newly OPEN】Cozy Little Log-House/KEFspeaker/BBQ

This accommodation has just opened in this August and is the hidden place to get away from the urban area. You will feel the nature close to you and get refreshed by trees surrounding the balcony and hot springs. Also there is a NET TV with KEF's speaker - which is one of the greatest audio speakers. You will be able to enjoy the movie night sitting on the reclining sofa bed in the living room :-) I think it is the great place to spend your vacation. Please have a wonderful time here! The space This area is a little away from the main area of Atami though that is why you will get a peaceful surrounding environment. You feel the nature closer to you and wake up in the morning with birds tweeting... It is still closer to the ocean-bay area and you will have a private time here just relaxing or even chatting with your own company :-) All the walls are wooden (even decorated with some dried flowers) so it seems like you are in a little log-cabin. We have installed a dec balcony when we newly opened this place! At the balcony, you can just chill out drinking a cup of coffee or doing BBQ (BBQ grill needs to be booked beforehand and costs extra) with everyone. We think that it is pretty spacious enough to do sort of things. There is a beach about 10 minutes away (by car) from our accommodation so it might be fun to visit there during the summer time or even like for your doggie's walk. There are several great restaurants around Ajiro area so I am sure you will enjoy your stay here in this small town just next to Atami which is one of well-known touristy places here in Japan! ★Rooms★ 1F：Living-dining room, Kitchen, Dec balcony (dec table and chairs), Bathroom, Toilet 2F：1 bedroom, dec balcony (dec chairs) ★Amenities★ [Rooms] ・Double-sized futon mattress ・Sofa bed (semi-double size) ・Sofa bed (single size) ・TV (connected with the internet) I have prepared a 50inch TV which is connected with such as Netflix. Please feel free to use the function during your stay! ・Washing machine ・Washing detergent ・Iron ・Coat hanger ・WiFi (Home WiFi) [Kitchen] ・Fridge ・Rice cooker ・Microwave ・Electric kettle ・Pots ・Pans ・Knives ・Wine opener ・Cutlery ・Plates/cups ・Seasonings (Please understand that some seasonings might be run out.) We don’t prepare any paper towels, dish towels or wipes. If you need one to do the cooking, please kindly bring your own. Other things to note ・The resort tax by Atami City will be charged extra after confirming your reservation. This is issued for all the reservations after April 1st 2025. ・Please use a designated BBQ equipment. As a few guests don't pack up BBQ within the time I ask them to (until 7PM), I only allow BBQ for those guests who stay more than 1 night. If you would like to use it, please message me beforehand as it costs extra. ・You can bring only ONE small sized dog with the extra fee. Please message me beforehand if you would like to take your doggie with you. ・you CANNOT smoke inside the house. Smoking is not allowed on this property except for outside balcony and please be careful with the use of fire. ・Please separate the trash. If you left way more than the normal use and big-sized trash (such as suitcases), please understand that I might be able to asking you to pay the extra fee. ・This accommodation is located in the mountain-side area therefore, you may encounter some insects even though I am doing my best to keep them out from the house. If you are little worried about it, please feel free to send me an inquiry beforehand. ・The gas meter may get stopped when you use the gas too much. When that happens, please read through the guidance left inside the listing or message me.
