[NewlyOPEN] Ocean View Balcony/Hot Spring/BBQ/Cozy Room

This accommodation has just opened in this August and is the hidden place to get away from the urban area and named after the beach in Spain :-) There is an ocean view balcony and hot springs to make you relaxing and you can even see Atami Fireworks in far distance. We have prepared several types of mattresses so that you can choose your own favorite - Serta, UNICO (Japanese brand) and superba (Swiss brand). I am sure you will have a VIP stay, please have a wonderful time here! The space This accommodation is where you can enjoy your time as a couple or even a big group - like family and with friends. You can enjoy natural hot spring here in our house. Please get relaxed and enjoy a part of Japanese bathing culture. In the master bedroom, we prepared a queen-sized bed and 2 other semi-double-sized beds in a connecting bedroom. If you will be using here as a group of 5, we will prepare 1 futon mattress for you to use as an extra bedding. In the living room, there are a dining table with different sizes of sofa. Please use here a space as where you eat dinner with your company or even a movie theater where everyone gathers around at night :-) Also there are spacious ocean view balconies on each floor. On the 2nd floor, the BBQ grill is available. It needs to be booked beforehand by following some house rules and costs extra so if you are interested in, please message us when you book. The closest train station is called Ajiro station which is only a few stops away from Atami station and you can go to Atami in about 45 minutes from Tokyo area. In this area, there are so many activities you can do like trekking or marine activities. Also there are several great restaurants around Ajiro area so I am sure you will enjoy your stay here in this small town just next to Atami which is one of well-known touristy places here in Japan! ★Rooms★ 1F：Parking lot for 2-3 cars, 2 Bedrooms, Toilet, Dec balcony 2F：Living-dining room, Kitchen, Dec balcony (dec table and chairs), Bathroom (hot springs available), Toilet ★Amenities★ [Rooms] ・1 Queen-sized bed ・2 Semi-double-sized beds ・1 Futon mattress ・Sofa ・TV (connected with the internet) I have prepared a 50inch TV which is connected with such as Netflix. Other things to note ・The resort tax by Atami City will be charged extra after confirming your reservation. This is issued for all the reservations after April 1st 2025. ・Please use a designated BBQ equipment. As a few guests don't pack up BBQ within the time I ask them to (until 7PM), I only allow BBQ for those guests who stay more than 1 night. If you would like to use it, please message me beforehand as it costs extra. ・You can bring only ONE small sized dog with the extra fee. Please message me beforehand if you would like to take your doggie with you. ・you CANNOT smoke inside the house. Smoking is not allowed on this property except for outside balcony and please be careful with the use of fire. ・Please separate the trash. If you left way more than the normal use and big-sized trash (such as suitcases), please understand that I might be able to asking you to pay the extra fee. ・The gas meter may get stopped when you use the gas too much. When that happens, please read through the guidance left inside the listing or message me. [For guests who stay more than 2 weeks] I can schedule a cleaning, changing linens and adding amenities during your stay so please feel free to message me if you want one.
