DESCRIPTION Malmerenda's House is a renovated hut, strategically located to enjoy a wonderful vacation in the Sienese countryside. The apartment is arranged on 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The space SPACE Hut on 2 levels, finely renovated and equipped with every comfort, ideal to spend your vacations in the Sienese countryside First Floor: The entrance overlooks the large and bright living room, provided with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, 4 burner stove, Lavazza coffee machine). Guests will enjoy a wood and marble table where they can spend convivial moments during their stay. They will also have at their disposal a comfortable and spacious sofa that can become a double bed if necessary. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet and washing machine. Second Floor: A brick staircase with a wrought-iron railing provides access to the upper floor, where guests will find the bedroom, equipped with a double bed, built-in closet and 2 tilting windows that give the room great brightness. Finally, to the right of the staircase is a second full bathroom with shower and large window. Exterior: The outdoor courtyard is not private to the apartment but is shared with the remaining condominiums of the neighboring houses. There are free, outdoor parking spaces.
