The space This flat has 48 sqm or 516 sqft, well distributed, with a spacious bedroom, extra storage for your cloths, standard size double bed, one bathroom with a washer & dryer and well dimensioned fully equipped kitchen with a dining table which accommodates 4 people comfortably - and even a dishwasher. There is a separated lounge with a sofa and a large 43" Smart TV (Samsung with AirPlay). The private flat is located on the ground floor of our house, quite accessible with not stairs, and has been recently renovated. It is complete independent unit and has a private entrance. The flat has an optical internet connection with a 1Gb shared among the units. This package of benefits makes this apartment ideal for extended stays! Parking: We have two spots for three rental units, which is usually plenty since lots of guests use Uber. It's a good idea to reserve one when you complete your booking, though. The parking is inside the patio, in front of the garage (not inside), and you'll need to open and close the main gate yourself (manual operation). Guest access The apartment is 100% private. The entrance is through the garage. There is a front yard with parking space and a small outdoor area upstairs for hanging laundry. The garage and outdoor spaces are shared with the host and other guests (there are three rental units in the same building).
