Studio in Jesús

Whilst we are located in a very quiet residential area in the hills of Jesús, bustling Ibiza Town is just 10 mins away by car. PDB is 20 mins & you can be in San An in around 25 mins. You will have sole use of this studio room with a private entrance and bathroom and patio area. Once inside the studio you will find a comfy sleeping area, en-suite bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities with a small fridge, microwave and hot plate. There is also portable A/C. The space The studio is located on the same premises as our home and we have two other rentals units, so you may cross paths with our other guests although each area of accommodation has it's own entrance and private outdoor space. Please note, the studio is located next to our swimming pool plant room and between the hours of 10am and 6pm you may hear the pool pump. We are in the hills in Jesús and so a car or use of Taxi's to get around is generally suggested, although it takes 15 mins to walk into Jesús. We provide a smart speaker for you to connect to. Please note - there is a fridge and a microwave only. The studio is effectively a hotel room! Guest access You will be able to use the patio area directly outside your studio and this is for your sole use. You have private access to your studio. Other things to note This would suit an individual, friends or a couple who are looking to escape the crazy part of Ibiza, as such, parties and loud music are strictly forbidden. Please note, before you arrive at your accommodation, you will be sent a link to complete details of all of the guests staying which will then be sent to the relevant authorities. This is a legal requirement under the Royal Decree 933/2021 and is submitted through the official platform Ses Hospedajes. Please ensure that when you receive the link from us, you complete the information before arriving at the property to avoid any delays. Guests who do not complete the online registration forms within the deadline will be deemed a cancellation on the guests behalf and no refund will be given. Absolutely no animals permitted due to allergies. Tourist tax of €2.20 per person per night is collectable on arrival in cash please.
