Paia Bay House is within walking distance to Paia town with gourmet restaurants and boutiques, Paia Bay Beach - and Baldwin Beach Park. Ocean front property , this is an elegant beach home for guests loving Maui's Paia area and beach community . The property is fenced with private parking, shoreline is rocky and has no access. The two story home offers 3 berooms in the main house. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and outside area with lounge chairs. The 4th bedroom is a seperate studio cottage with seperate entrance. AC split system through out the home. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals. Our commitment is to offer a very clean accommodation, towels, bathroom rugs, sheets, blankets, comforters, duvets, mattress pads are always washed before between tenants. The home and cottage are rented as a 4 bedroom home. The property is fenced and offers a 2 car garage and parking for max. 4 cars. My vacation service office in Haiku is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. We are happy to assist you with any of your vacation needs. After office hours I am available for any concerns or emergency by mobile phone. The Paia Bay property is located in a small lane with a few residential properties. It is a quiet neighborhood. The property is fenced and gated for privacy. The ocean front location offers beautiful sunset views and the covered deck has outside living furniture. The location is fantastic, just walk to Paia town with its great restaurants and boutiques. Maui offers a limited bus service. We recommend to rent a car to see all the beautiful attractions Maui has to offer The Paia Bay property is a licensed vacation rental with Maui County. Maximum occupancy is 8 guest including children 2 years and older. Use of the property and home is for registered guests only. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, parking is available for four cars, there is no street parking available. A rental agreement has to be signed within 7 days of booking including pre-check in form requiring a valid credit card in your name. All guests 18 years and older will have to sign the rental agreement. Rates include taxes (17.42%), there are no additional fees. Minimum stay during Holiday Season is 14 days. This is a non-smoking property. 3rd party reservations are not accepted.
