The interior of the house is at the foot of the garden, with 2 bedrooms: a large one with a double bed, a single sofa bed and TV with Netflix, and another mini room with a double bed and TV with Netflix. The house has a small full bathroom, toilet and shower. Large living/dining room with lots of natural light, single sofa bed, TV with Netflix and open kitchen to the living/dining room. The dining room has a large and beautiful wooden table for 6 people. Both the living room and the dining room are surrounded by windows with lots of natural light that give access to the garden and pool, all facing south. The kitchen is 100% equipped with all the necessary utensils: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and cooking utensils. Outside, there is a WEBER gas barbecue, and a table for 6 with chairs and awning. All facing the garden and in front of the pool, with ocean and mountain views. Access to the house is independent with an automatic door with a code. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Guest access The house is divided into 2 separate accommodations (one upstairs and one downstairs), with separate entrances. The upstairs house is not rented, it belongs to the owners. The area that is rented is the ground floor, which is the one that has exclusive use of the entire garden area, pool and private sauna. The house is designed to enjoy total privacy while feeling completely free. The house is located in the luxurious development of Fontpineda, in an exceptional natural setting where every day you can enjoy fresh air, energy, and peace. In the nearby downtown, you will find all the amenities you need. The house is completely oriented south, guaranteeing sunshine throughout the day. Private barbecue area, pool and sauna for private use. Just 2 minutes from the house is the bus stop, and a playground with a soccer field and basketball court, all surrounded by nature. There are many trails for hiking, running or mountain biking, with great views and vegetation. The house is located just 30 minutes (20 km) from downtown Barcelona, and close to iconic places such as the Sagrada Familia, Parc Güell, Camp Nou Barça, Montjuïc, Tibidabo, Plaza Catalunya, sandy beaches, and Barcelona Airport. To get around, having your own vehicle is recommended. But it is also accessible by public transportation 10 meters from the house, since the development has bus transport in combination with trains and buses that can take you to downtown Barcelona (30 minutes). Other things to note It is very important to respect the neighbors' peace, so after 10:00 PM, the volume of noise and music, etc., must be taken care of. Parties or celebrations are strictly forbidden. The maximum number of people that can be in the house is 6 people. As it is a smoke-free space, smoking is prohibited inside the villa but is accepted in the garden. The house is not rented to people under 25 years old. But minors are accepted with supervision by adults over 25 years of age.
