Guest access By making a reservation, the guest agrees to all the information present in the listing: - Check-in time: from 3:00 PM (check if early check-in is possible) - Check-out time: until 11:00 AM The following information must be completed and sent after booking confirmation: — Full name — CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) or PASSPORT — Photo of official document Entry to the unit is granted upon submission of ALL guests' data for registration at the concierge and access password via the platform's chat. Please pay attention to messages after booking confirmation. **Document submission will be accepted between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM; after this time, registration will be done the following day. ---------- RULES ---------- — Facial biometrics are required for access to the condominium. — This is a unit within a residential building and will be like your home for a few days; please take good care of it, respect the neighbors, and be courteous to the doorman. — We leave some items in the unit for your arrival; we do not provide replacements. Other personal items need to be provided by the guest, for example: toilet paper, soap, food, toothpaste, etc. — Strictly residential use: prohibited to conduct photo shoots or provide services in the unit; — It is not allowed to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out; — Access to the condominium is only permitted within the pre-arranged time; — A photo of an official document is required for registration at the reception; — Visitors are not allowed. — Pets are not allowed. — Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the studio or condominium (subject to a fine of R$200.00 in case of non-compliance).
