Semi-detached mountain cottage with fireplace

Perched in the heart of the mountains, this charming semi-detached chalet (by height) is a haven of peace for nature lovers. Hiking, via ferrata, and ski slopes are in the immediate vicinity. About 130 m2 and 3 bedrooms, you will be comfortable with family or friends (8/9 people). You have two outdoor terraces with a barbecue. Everything is done to seduce you to the rhythm of the mountains, from cow bells to mountain decorations. The space Private road with 3 homes: 2 private parking spaces, possibility to make one to two additional spaces available. Electric vehicle charging socket available at extra cost. The house has a large garden with two terraces. The first is basically reserved with the accommodation, the second is to be blocked on request. The barbecue/smoker is at your disposal. There is a large wooden hut for children and a slide. A shed is accessible for storing bicycles, skis and other items. The house is semi-detached, meaning that my wife, son and I live on the second floor. The entire lower floor, i.e. 130 m2, is already reserved for you. At the entrance, a spacious artisanal kitchen fully equipped with a cooking piano. On the left, the very large living room with a bar & a game area. The wood-burning stove will make you live an unforgettable moment in our mountains. At the back of the kitchen/dining room is the sleeping area with: - a separate toilet - a very spacious couple's room with a 160 X 190 bed. All in an industrial style, accompanied by a very large dressing room. - A large dormitory of nearly 30 m2 that can accommodate 4 adults or 5 children, consisting of three 80 x 190 beds and a 120 x 190 bed. 3 cabinets are at your disposal. - Bathroom with bathtub and double sink. - A modern shower room. - A last couple's room with a 180 x 200 bed. Other things to note We do not have TV channels in the accommodation in order to promote exchanges. However, we provide a small TV with a Chromecast and especially some board games! Linens and towels are included in the weekly price. In case of weekend booking, there is a surcharge: €15/person or €100 for 8 to be requested when booking.
