The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, ideal for preparing practical meals. The bathroom is modern and has a strong and pleasant shower. High-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or entertainment. The building also offers a swimming pool, gym, coworking space and collective laundry (paid use).
