Guest access Outdoor area: large green space with a soccer field, volleyball net, unheated children's and adult swimming pools, playroom, dollhouse, and parking. A perfect space for peaceful gatherings and outdoor leisure. Ideal for inflatable toys. Indoor area: spacious room (75m²) with high ceiling, mezzanine, and wooden ceiling, creating a cozy atmosphere; smaller room; 1 suite with balcony (double bed, 2 single beds, and sofa bed) and 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and extra mattresses. 2 bathrooms: 1 outdoor and 1 indoor half-bath. Ideal for comfort and functionality. Other things to note Thank you for choosing us! Our space has been carefully designed to provide rest and harmony, making it perfect for peaceful gatherings that won't cause discomfort to the neighbors. The tables are not part of the space, but I can recommend suppliers. We kindly ask you to park preferably in the parking lot (with approximately 12 spots) inside the space, entrance on the side of the property (the house is on a corner), to avoid street congestion. Have a Foosball table. Your pet 🐾 is welcome here! We provide bed linens and bath towels (in case of overnight stay). We do not provide towels for use in the pool area. We have kitchen utensils.
