Welcome to Brussels apartment! We propose you a sunny apartment, fully equipped and with all the necessary for a perfect stay. The apartment is entirely for you. Located in a centric, safe and calm neighborhood: Miraflores. The "Teleferico" cable car station is just 3 min by walk. There are also many minibuses to all directions of the city. "Mirador Killi Killi" the best viewpoint of the city is just 10 min away by walk. The Stadium is 5 min by walk and El Prado 15 min. The space It is a 1 bedroom apartment with: > High Speed Internet (WiFi and Ethernet) > Flat screen smart TV with HDMI cable so you can connect your laptop to the TV. > NETFLIX account > A washing machine > Hot water 24/7: shower and washbasin The living room has a very nice sofa and a dinner area. The bedroom has 1 double bed. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, sink and toilet with bathroom essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, smoke extractor, kitchen utensils and products (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) There is also a washroom with the washing machine, iron, iron table, clothes dryer and a washingbasin. Guest access The apartment is entirely for you. You won´t be bothered by the presence of anyone. We won´t be there during your stay. In the building there is a doorman (8am-1pm and 2pm to 10pm) Other things to note We have prepared for you a guidebook in the apartment with nice restaurants, shopping places, tips on entertainment, ... with a map to locate them and their schedules. There are also some leaflets of tourism and information. You will also have coca tea in the apartment to face and resist La Paz´s high altitude. Take into account you won´t stay in a hotel but in someone´s house. Please take care of the apartment like if it was your own home.
