The space The house has two floors: On the ground floor, we welcome you to our cozy lounge, perfect for unwinding with a game of pool or relaxing by the fireplace. You will also find a bathroom, a light-filled covered interior patio, and a fully equipped kitchen, ready for any occasion. Going up to the second floor, we have 7 charming bedrooms. Six of them are available for our guests, while the seventh is our personal space, since we live in the house. For added comfort, there are 4 bathrooms: one is private and exclusive to one of the rooms, and the other three are shared (one for every two rooms). In addition, Casa Magnolia offers an independent loft with capacity for 4 people, ideal for a more private stay. Although the bathroom is a bit out of the way, its spacious atmosphere more than makes up for it. Outside, a terrace awaits you with a majestic, century-old (and protected!) magnolia tree, an irrigation pond that feeds our orange and mandarin groves (no access for swimming), and large outdoor spaces where you can stroll, have a coffee or lose yourself in a good book. As a finishing touch, we have a private pool surrounded by orange trees, a true oasis to cool off on hot days. Guest access The outdoor areas of Casa Magnolia are shared spaces where you can enjoy the outdoors, relax and connect with nature. 🌳 The kitchen is fully equipped 🍽️ and available for you to prepare your meals in total comfort. In addition, the bathrooms are at your disposal and are shared, always kept clean and well maintained. 🛁 The billiard room 🎱 is another ideal place to spend a fun and relaxed time in good company. In addition to these areas, we have large gardens 🌸, a terrace under the century-old magnolia tree 🌳, and a private pool to enjoy on warm days 🌞. These common spaces are designed to make you feel at home, enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay in a unique environment.
