This summer, unwind surrounded by nature in the Olivo Suite. 🌿 With a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the irrigation pond and the century-old magnolia tree, it's the perfect place to rest and recharge. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Casa Magnolia and refresh yourself in the outdoor pool, surrounded by orange trees and silence. Ideal for a comfortable and intimate getaway, just minutes from Alzira and surrounded by nature. The space The house has two floors: - On the ground floor there is a lounge with a pool table and a fireplace, a bathroom, a covered interior patio, and a fully equipped kitchen. - The second floor has 7 bedrooms, of which 6 are rented and the other room is ours (Miguel's and mine), since we live in the house. It also has 4 bathrooms: one private. Outside there is a terrace with a century-old (and protected) magnolia tree, an irrigation pond for the orange and tangerine fields, where swimming is not allowed; plenty of outdoor space to walk or sit down to have a coffee or read a book. There is also a private pool in the middle of the orange trees. Guest access The outdoor areas of Casa Magnolia are shared spaces where you can enjoy the outdoors, relax and connect with nature. 🌳 The kitchen is fully equipped 🍽️ and available for you to prepare your meals in total comfort. In addition, the bathrooms are at your disposal and are shared, always kept clean and well maintained. 🛁 The billiard room 🎱 is another ideal place to spend a fun and relaxing time in good company. In addition to these areas, we have large gardens 🌸, a terrace under the century-old magnolia tree 🌳, and a private pool to enjoy on warm days 🌞. These common spaces are designed to make you feel at home, enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay in a unique environment. During your stay Since we live in the house, we are always nearby and available to help you with any questions or queries.
