Cooinda Oberon is your happy place. This idyllic home away from home is the perfect place to relax with the whole family. Guests will love the breathtaking scenery from every window, spacious 3 bedrooms, cosy living area adorned with a woodfire and mini library, and a convenient kitchen to get you started whipping up a meal after a long day of exploring - or relaxing! Outdoors provides even more with a large chicken coop and friendly resident chickens, sunny patio and outdoor dining area. The space Our home gets a beautiful amount of natural light throughout the day. Wall library, board games, kids toys etc as well as a mini bar set up (tools and glasses etc) Laundry items - Washing machine, dryer, portable clothesline (indoor/outdoor), pegs & laundry liquid, iron & ironing board (located in the master bedroom) Cosy fireplace (screen and all tools provided) in the living room Dedicated workspace perfect for remote work etc The outdoor space - Interactive chicken coop and friendly chickens Gas BBQ Firepit Outdoor dining set Outdoor/patio lounge set - perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon cheese board sit down to enjoy the serenity. Egg swing chair Pets are welcome - but outdoors only. There is ample fencing as well as a dog kennel that guests are more than welcome to use! Our home is family friendly, hence, it is smoke and vape free indoors. Heating & Cooling - Our home has a wood fireplace in the living room, and 3 electric heaters in each bedroom. There is also an outdoor firepit that can be used for a beautiful woodfire bbq or simply sit around the fire and create memories. Parking - Easily accessible and driveway parking right near the entry of the home Linen - High quality fresh linen is included for your stay Amenities - Our home is thoughtfully stocked with more than just the basics to make your stay comfortable. You’ll find a coffee machine with pods, coffee sachets, a selection of teas, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, herbs and spices, cooking oil, and other kitchen essentials. For your convenience, we also provide bathroom and household items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handmade artisan soaps, a first aid kit, wheat heat bags, and cleaning supplies. Please note: while we do our best to keep these amenities available, some items may vary or not be present during your stay. Wi-Fi - Wi-Fi is available for the duration of your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. The dam and its surrounds is not included during the guest stay. This is private property. Please do not cross the gate near the chicken coop or the dams surrounds. Climbing or jumping the fence is strictly prohibited and is trespassing, it will incur additional costs upto $200 per night as the stay is covering up the fence of the property. Other things to note Firewood is available for sale at the property during your stay. If you'd like to use the firewood provided for sale at my home, please let me know. Kindling can be found around the home and matches/starters are supplied in the living room cabinet. Filtered / Drinking water - please note, the water is tap water from a rainwater tank at the property. It is not recommended for drinking usually but it is up to each guest. Mobile Reception - Reception is limited at the property. Once you drive up the driveway you will be able to connect to the Wi-Fi using the credentials provided.
