Welcome to Dragonfly retreat! Nestled on 10 acres of private wooded land , this spacious house is a perfect destination for a memorable getaway. This house provides space for families, groups of friends, or small weddings. The expansive grounds surrounding the house offer complete privacy, making it an idyllic retreat for those seeking a serene escape. Watervliet, Michigan offers a charming small-town ambience and is conveniently located near wineries, golf courses and hiking trails. The space Dragonfly has three floors. Upper level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a seating area. Main level has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with open kitchen/ living area that leads to a large deck with a propane grill. Off the kitchen you can enter a beautiful screened in porch. Lower level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, family area and a pool table. You have access to a attached 2 car garage as well. Large pond right out your back door. This is a non-motorized pond. There is a dock and a small row boat that will come with your rental. We are trying to get the lily pads under control but they can make the area tough to swim in. You are more than welcome to bring kayaks/ paddle boards etc. For large gathering such as weddings or reunions please contact us for large gathering pricing.
