Welcome to your tranquil escape! Nestled on a secluded private island, our spacious beachfront rental offers the ultimate serene getaway, perfect for those looking to disconnect and recharge. With breathtaking ocean views seen from every floor, you’ll immerse yourself in nature’s beauty. Explore the ocean backyard where you can discover different water animals, scavenge up some oysters or clams, and come face to face with the island's deers. Paddle board, canoe, or pedal boat around the island The space Take a short 10 minute ferry across to Herron Island, a small private island where you can wind down and get away from the hustle & bustle of the city The beautiful home offers breath taking ocean views from each of its 3 floors. 1) Main Floor: Coastal Comfort As you enter the home, you’ll find the inviting first floor, featuring an open-concept living area designed for relaxation. Ample windows let in natural light which open so you can smell the ocean breeze and take in the view. The living room includes cozy seating and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, with modern appliances and a spacious island. Enjoy meals at either the large 10 seater table, smaller 5 seater round table, or the island bar. Step outside to the covered heated patio where you can lounge while hearing the tranquil waves. There is a gas fire pit which could be enjoyed year round. Or engage in friendly competition with air hockey and foosball located in the garage. 2) Top Floor: Tranquil Retreats Venture upstairs to discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms. One room offers a private queen bed while the other larger room includes three queen beds, perfect for families. There is also a hangout nook awaiting at the top of the stairs. 3)Bottom Floor: Ultimate Escape As you walk down the stairs, the first thing you notice is the floor to ceiling view of the sea. You can step outside, where you can gaze at the stars while sitting under our string lit terrace. We have 3 sets of paddle boards, a canoe, lily pad, and pedal boat to help you explore the waters. Life jackets are also provided. After enjoying the water, rinse off at our outdoor heated shower. Inside there is a cute little room with 2 sets of full bunk beds, ideal for kids. You can also warm up at the fireplace downstairs while sitting on our jumbo sized bean bag. Other things to note This is a private island that does not have common amenities. Please plan wisely because there are no stores, gas stations, medical facilities on the island. It's just a residential only island. Welcome book will be provided at the house and more information will be provided prior to check in.
