The soundproofing is excellent; with the windows and doors closed, you won't hear too much noise at night. The nearest airport is Vancouver International Airport, 5 min to arrive by driving; Guest access You have access to all the space on the 1st floor of the detached house, you will need to share the kitchen, laundry room, entrance and exit with the other tenants; your private space has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a small dining room; During your stay You can always send me a message, call me in case of emergency. Other things to note OTHERS: - NO Pets (Dogs/Cats), I charge 200CAD fine for guest who bring pet, thanks for understanding. - Quiet hours 10PM-10AM; - The earliest check-in time is 4pm and the latest check-out time is 10am as I need enough time to clean the room.
