The space Welcome to our newly renovated coastal cottage, located right on water in Brighton Beach! Open floor plan, connecting the dining room, kitchen, and living room with huge windows overlooking the water. Indoor or outdoor, rain or shine - there is something for everyone to do! Board games, kayaks, WIFI and more. Other things to note For your comfort: - Our tankless water heater will supply all of you with hot water after a day in the salt and sun - a foggy Fall beachwalk. - Each bedroom has an in-wall electric heater, fan, and screened windows (check the closet for the fan). For your screen fix: - High speed internet is provided by Xfinity and Eero mesh networks extended throughout the house. - Two work spaces: Both of the waterfront bedrooms have a desk, desk chair, laptop stand and monitor (for work or streaming). - Big Screen Alternative: While we do not have a dedicated television, there is a projector in the hallway closet with various laptop and tablet connectors so everyone can watch a movie in the backyard or the great room. Note: We used to accepts dogs but unfortunately we incurred damage to our home so we no longer accepts pets.
