We are NOT ABLE to provide kitchen towels or replacements, as our industrial laundry service does not include them. We will gladly supply them upon request, or guests are kindly asked to bring their own. Guest access The property has a private driveway with adequate lighting to get to the garden and the house. The house is particularly suitable for families and groups, for those who want to work remotely in a quiet location just 6 km from the center of Rome and 18 minutes by metro from the Vatican! Other things to note The location of the house is strategic because it is immersed in quiet but is also within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, 24-hour pharmacies and supermarkets, parks and sports clubs (tennis, golf). By metro you can reach easily: • Piazza Re di Roma in 7 minutes • San Giovanni in 10 minutes • Piazza di Spagna in 15 minutes • Piazza del Popolo in 18 minutes and • Vatican City in 20 minutes. The ID card of all guests will be requested at least 24 hours before check-in as required by Italian law (d.m 01/7/2013).
