Number of guests The number of people present must strictly match the number indicated in the reservation (maximum 11 guests). 2. Quiet hours (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.) No outdoor activities, music, or noise disturbances are allowed during this time. Please note before booking : 1. Only one set of keys is provided. 2. The fifth bedroom is independent, located in the rear garden, and includes a private shower room with toilet. 3. A separate unit occupied year-round is located on the same property. The two occupants have no access to the house or the rear garden, which are reserved exclusively for Airbnb guests. They only use the front garden driveway for access.
