The apartment is located on the 2 floor and there is no lift, so please consider that you'll need to bring your luggage up the stairs. 2. A €65 cleaning fee is not included in the rental price you pay on Airbnb. This amount must be paid at arrival directly to my co-host and will cover his work and expences associated with the preparation of the house for your stay. This fee allows us to maintain excellence in the service you'll receive. 3. Check-in is possible until 9pm. After this time, it will only be possible to chesk in by paying an extra fee of €25 to the person who will remain waiting for you at night. LIVING ROOM You will access a livingroom with a comfy sofa (it can be unfolded into a double sofa bed for extra guests) and a smart TV. On the left, a lovely balcony with enough space to sit and even eat in the open air. This is a rare find in Rome! KITCHEN From the living room, you will access the kitchen. This lovely space is also very functional. The cooking area is fully equipped and there is also a large dining table to enjoy delicious dinners at home! BEDROOM From the living room you will also access the bedroom It has plenty of space to store your clothes. It is quiete and comfortable. BATHROOM The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom. It features an extra large shower, sink, bidet and WC. Guest access Guests have access to the entire loft. IMPORTANT: As my guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation consisting of two bedrooms and bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette. Other things to note 1) A cleaning fee of €65 is not included in the Airbnb rental price and must be paid upon arrival to my co-host, who will prepare everything for your stay. 2) Check-in closes at 9 PM.
