A spacious 70m2 apartment, with big 16m2 terrace and excellent ocean view. Private entrance, new silent air-conditioning and dish washer. Free public parking always available. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a big terrace with shade and unobstructed excellent ocean view. It east oriented, which offers a relaxing time (not too hot) using the covered terrace in the afternoon and enjoying the amazing views during in the morning. 3 big pools + 2 kids pools. 5 swimming pools in the complex! The space Apartment has 1 living room with kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator with separate freezing part, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto (Nescafe capsules) coffee maker, toaster and kitchenware including basic like dishwashing liquid, sugar, salt and pepper. New dish washer available. Bathroom towels are available as well. Welcome bottle of water provided. Seating area, a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix option, wi-fi and washing machine available. The unit offers 2 double beds. Private big (16m2) half covered terrace with adjustable chairs (deckchairs) and extra parasol. In addition to the new air conditioning, we have installed in 2025 a new plastic soundproof windows and new kitchen with dish washer. We are happy to share with you our apartment, which we use ourselves. You will find many useful little things here that will make your stay more pleasant, but keep in mind that this is not a hotel or a dedicated tourist complex. Not suitable for children below 5 year. Free parking is always available (we recommend to use upper parking lot, which includes covered part - based on availability). Guest access Not accessible for people with limited mobility is in need to use stairs for 2 floors to reach lift. Quiet older complex, no parties allowed. PETS are not allowed, we are sorry. Other things to note Nearest beach Playa Del Cura 7min walking (600m), amazing carribien style & protected beach Amadores 25min walking or 5min by bus (every 10-20min) or car (big parking spaces around Amadores available). Big Spar supermarket 5min walking (500m). Nice French restaurant in the complex. Another 3 restaurants above Spar. Bus stop directly to Airport, Maspalomas, Amadores beach is near Spar.
