Free indoor slippers are provided for use. Security Camera -Outdoor surveillance is located at the front of the home to deter unwanted behavior and monitor safety. Note that all security cameras out front have audio and video recordings and by staying here you agree to being recorded. There are no cameras or recording devices indoors or in the backyard for privacy. All activities are being recorded for security reasons. No overnight unregistered guests allowed. No day guests allowed over 6 total on any given day without the host’s permission. $1000 penalty for violation. -Trash pickup is scheduled every Monday. -Hot Tub services are every Monday/Thursday and as needed. Pet -At this time we unfortunately do not accept any pets. We apologize for the inconvenience. Failure to comply with the strict pet policy will result in loss of RSVP and violation penalty of $1000. Restricted Areas Areas not accessible to guests are labeled. Please respect signs and do not tamper with locks. Signs of damage/tampering of locks will result in charges. OUTDOORS The outdoor furniture is susceptible to dust and sand even right after cleaning because of the desert's windy weather. Although we strive to deliver a five-star experience, remember that the property is located in the desert. Particularly outside, don't be alarmed by tiny insects and other critters, gusty winds, sand or dirt. We cannot guarantee that outdoor furniture will not have minor rips and tears due to the usual frequency of heavy wind storms. We try our best to maintain, but outdoor furniture are vulnerable to weather damage. We are happy to offer after-cleaning images of the house upon guest request. NO EVENTS/PARTIES- entire deposit (if any) will be charged if there are more than 5 people entering the property and the EVENT/PARTY will be broken up by the police. Having additional guests after the limit (5) will lead to removal of all guests without refund. Any violations of this rule will be reported to Airbnb and may lead to the deactivation of your Airbnb account! *HOT TUB RULES* The Hot Tub is provided for your use and the water has been treated to ensure it is correctly balanced. If used following these instructions, there should be no need for additional maintenance visits. Here are some hot tub safety rules that everyone should be aware of before using the tub. 1. The tub is to be used responsibly. Allowing children to jump or dive into the water is not permitted under any circumstances. Children must not use the spa unsupervised at any time. No infants or toddlers in the spa. 2. Please shower before using the tub to remove make-up, sun-screen, insect repellent or any other oil-based products. An extra fee will apply if additional drain/fill service is needed due to this. 3. Only clean swimwear may be worn in the tub as the chemicals in the water will remove the colored dyes found in ordinary clothing, causing them to leach into the water and turn it cloudy. *We are not responsible for discoloring your swimsuits due to chemicals in spa. 4. Prevent accidental drowning. Leave the hot tub cover on and latched when the spa is unsupervised. 5. Prevent Hyperthermia. Understand that alcohol and other medications greatly increase the chance of hyperthermia – the opposite of hypothermia. This occurs when the internal body temperature reaches several degrees above the normal temperature of 98.6 degrees. 6. Glass. Don’t do it, ever. Trust us. 7. Do not use a hot tub if you are taking any medication that makes you drowsy or affects your circulation; if necessary, check with your doctor. Pregnant women and the elderly should also consult their doctor before using a hot tub. 8. Dot not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs as your judgment will be impaired and you could become unconscious and drown. 9. No smoking is permitted in or around the tub. 10. People with cuts or external infections should not use the tub.  11. Do not bring bath towels and linens outside. Spa towels are provided. 12. Owner/Management is not responsible for injuries. Use Hot Tub at your own risk. 13. Follow all other hot tub safety rules posted on the wall. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY The Guest(s) understands that there are special risks involved in the use of hot tubs. Guest is aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using a hot tub too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owners and hosts or other guests of property for accidents or injury arising from use of hot tub or any items within the property. Guest agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub, entire property and its contents through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Guest also understand that this Release & Waiver of Liability irrevocably and unconditionally releases and holds harmless all hosts/owners from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that as a Guest or family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at this rental. The guest (s) agree to book this home in good faith and that you will not engage in any efforts that could have the potential effect of damaging your Host’s reputation or business because you are discontent with or opposed to a decision rendered by the Host or Airbnb through any dispute resolution process, including, but not limited to, the Airbnb Dispute Resolution process. In the event that you experience dissatisfaction or frustration with respect to the outcome any type of dispute resolution, you agree to adhere to Airbnb’s anti-extortion policy and you agree to not retaliate in any way against the Host and its property owners.
