Rustic House with Stunning View of the Sea

* We don't have car access! Steep dirt trail! About 7 minutes uphill - Not recommended for people with mobility issues. Canto do Tiê was built by us, with four hands, using glass, wood and clay. A rustic and cozy house on top of a mountain, in the heart of the Atlantic Forest. Surrounded by birds, butterflies and the sea, which makes our view privileged and exuberant! An experience for nature lovers and people looking to experience something out of the ordinary. The space Our house is located on Cepilho Beach, the 1st beach of Trindade, which is the neighborhood with the most incredible beach complex in Paraty. We are a 15-minute walk from the small village of Caiçara, which gives us tranquility and silence any time of the year. The cost of this dream is that our access is not very simple (at least in the beginning). To get to our house you need to climb a very beautiful dirt trail, in the middle of the Atlantic forest and with few residences. The climb is very steep, but it's worth it! It's pretty quick, about 7 minutes! Flashlights and raincoats are essential! We do not recommend wheeled suitcases and superfluous things that will weigh down your luggage. Animals are our friends! We are in an ecological reserve, a very preserved environment with clean air, it is impossible to control insects. Our tip is to bring repellent, close the windows at dusk and if you see any poisonous animals, keep calm! This is also their home. We have water treatment with an incredible biodigester, which returns it to us as it came, so we ask for care and awareness in the disposal of products through the sink, toilet and bathroom drain. We also compost all organic waste and send the recyclable waste to the proper place. Oh, and it's worth remembering that our water comes straight from a spring. One of the most divine pleasures we have: Drinking the purest and most energetic water there is! Enjoy! The house is bright! Very airy, we have about 30 windows! Believe it or not, lol. The idea here is to be part of the environment. We are nature! We have some beds with aromatic herbs and vegetables. Feel free to handle and enjoy these delights. Everything here was made and designed with great affection and dedication, from our shelves to the toilet paper holder. We ask for care and awareness when using them. Guest access >> WE DO NOT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING. << As we still don't have a paved road (thankfully), parking is on the edge of the street in front of the beach, at the beginning of the trail. That's where we parked our own car for many years, and also where those who come to visit the beach during the day park. During high season, the vacancies decrease, but don't worry! There's always a spot. Other things to note We live in the house and open it for stays only through Airbnb a few times a year. Therefore, most of our belongings will remain in the house, all stored in a corner without access on the 2nd floor.
