The flat, with a sea view, offers a bedroom with air-conditioning, a double bed, a closet, and basic items. The living room (with air-conditioning) and kitchen are integrated, with a cooktop, microwave, and utensils. The bathroom has a gas shower and basic items. It includes 500 Mb Wi-Fi and parking. The condominium has a swimming pool with a sea view, sauna, 24-hour security service, and a panoramic elevator. Close to popular festivities and 2 km from the Dodô Circuit. The space It is a cozy, compact flat, with a beautiful and passionate view, located in one of Salvador's most nightlife-oriented neighborhoods. Guest access The guest will have access to a parking space (in G2), swimming pool, sauna and common areas of the condominiums. Other things to note *The following is NOT allowed: 1. Holding parties/events; 2. Commercial activities are not allowed inside the property; 3. Smoking inside the apartment (the guest can smoke in the common areas of the building); 4. Visits, for security reasons. CARNIVAL: We can negotiate the possibility of making an exception for +1 guest, however we only have one double bed. We would seek an alternative for the 3rd guest. Remembering that the increase can compromise the comfort/experience of the stay, so it is up to the guest.
