(we will provide log ins before check in) Other things to note BBQ - we can set this up for you for £15 (please let us know in advance) Outdoor commercial gas heater (£30 for the gas canister, please let me know if you would like this and I will connect it for you before arrival) NO noise outside after 10 pm 🚫 if there is any noise disturbance after 10 pm outdoors you will be charged a penalty fee of £150 and if it still continues, you will be removed from the property Early check in/late check out is charged at £50. Any additional guests more than the maximum allowed needs to be discuss before completing the booking -If you lost the key you will be charged for replacement fee of £50
