A beautifully restored first floor apartment, dating from 1731, centrally located in a listed building right in the heart of Fife’s delightful coastal town of Aberdour. Located just a 2-minute walk to Aberdour train station, bus stops and local activities such as the Fife Coastal Path and the award-winning beaches, Aberdour Castle & Gardens and local golf aclub; our apartment is a stylish home from home, ideally located for those looking to explore the local boutiques, eateries and pubs. The space No. 27 is a true hidden gem waiting to be discovered. A beautifully spacious apartment throughout, that has traditional character and charm, with its period windows and feature fire surrounds, ornate cornicing and ceiling roses throughout; wonderfully in keeping with the peaceful beach surroundings of Aberdour. The apartment comprises of two large bedrooms (gusts can opt to have one or both bedrooms set as either a twin or super king size, as we use four single zip and link beds in both bedrooms for added flexibility). The large kitchen/living area is perfectly laid out with a breakfasting table and four chairs and double sofa bed, sleeping an additional two guests if required. The newly installed kitchen is inclusive of oven/grill, induction hob, full size fridge and freezer, kettle & toaster. A newly fitted shower room with W/C, offering guests dual shower options including a waterfall shower head. A laundry room has been added for guest use, complete with brand new washing machine and tumble dryer (washing tablets and fabric softener are provided). A small al-fresco dining area for two (on street level) allows for the opportunity of fresh air for our guests directly at our front door entrance way.
