The cottage sleeps up to 8 guests and has ALL of the best amenities. Starting with our location, we are only 1 mile from downtown Gatlinburg! We really have the BEST location! And no windy, curvy mountain roads to travel to get to us. We really care about our guests and as such, we do not want you to have to worry about purchasing these items as soon as you arrive so we go ahead and provide them for you! :) These are NOT starter packs, you get enough of these supplies for your entire stay! Items we provide your entire stay at no extra cost: Paper Towels Toilet Paper Trash Bags Ziploc Bags Basic spices & cooking oil Hand Soap Dish Soap Dishwasher Pods Laundry Pods Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash Variety of Tea Coffee Bar Living Area: When you arrive you will enjoy and open floor plan all on the main level. We have a Pottery Barn leather sofa; two Sherpa swivel chairs and a 55” Smart TV overlooking the adorable Jotul wood burning stove. We looked high and low for this stove made in Norway and we found it at a little local shop in town, it’s adorable! We don’t provide wood for the stove, but the little gas station down the road on the parkway has it for sale by the bundle. The Kitchen: We love how our green cabinets turned out bringing nature into the kitchen! We added Carrara Marble countertops and open shelving hand crafted by one of our mountain friends (Thanks Marty!) It really put the perfect touch on everything. We also offer a full functioning coffee bar, variety of teas and a kitchen with everything you will need for your stay! Primary Bedroom: Our primary bedroom is located on the main level and has a king size bed, large 55” Roku tv and walk-in closet. The primary bathroom includes a luxurious walk-in shower Queen Bedroom: Also on the main level, a queen bedroom with a Purple mattress with a 55' Roku smart tv. The Trout Room: Possibly the cutest room in the cottage was made for the kids as it has (2) twin beds and its own smart tv as well as a full bathroom that includes a tub/shower. The Whiskey House: The Whiskey House! Everyone’s favorite part of the property, is a 400sqft separate building located in the backyard approximately 20 feet from the main house. We designed this room to have a Vintage Americana feel and boy does it! We wanted the space to have something for everyone. You will enjoy a small whiskey bar, large 55' smart-tv to watch all the football games on. When the kids need something to do, they can enjoy the game shelf, stacked with classic board games such as Trouble, Clue and Jenga or head to the arcade to play Super Mario or the foosball table. We have the arcades handled as well! We have a Multicade Arcade and a Nintendo Switch that includes Mario Kart, Mario Odyssey and Animal Crossing. It also has a set of bunk beds for additional sleeping space (sleeps 2) and a full bathroom. Perfect space for your teenage kids! Outdoor Area: Curl up with a cozy blanket on the front porch and enjoy a slow start to your morning listening to the sounds of the creek right beside you. It's one of my most favorite things to do. In the backyard, you’ll notice the bistro lights overhanging the jetted 4 person hot tub and large TV that’s located on the porch of The Whiskey House. Enjoy cooking dinner on the outdoor charcoal grill or cap the night off by roasting marshmallows by the fire pit! Dudley Creek Cottage is a true gem nestled at the foot of the Smokies in Gatlinburg to give you that wonderful Smoky Mountain getaway you’ve been searching for, yet minutes to all main attractions! We would love to have the opportunity to host you and your family. ***We DO NOT provide wood for the fire pit for safety reasons (we do not want firewood laying around close to the cottage). You can however purchase some at the store about a mile down the road! We also DO NOT provide charcoal for the grill. Guest access Electronic keypad entry on main level. Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the surrounding backyard and the Whiskey House (Separate Building) that also has an electronic keypad. Other things to note Check in is at 4pm the date of your arrival and check out is at 10am the date of your departure. If the cottage is ready early, we will contact you for complimentary early check-in. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located on the front door of the house (Ring Doorbell) and on the side door of the house (Ring Doorbell). We will not access these cameras during bookings unless in case of an emergency.
