The garage stores a rental electric or hybrid vehicle for guests to book during their stay. Other things to note No parties or group gathering outside of the registered guests are allowed on the premises during any length of stay. This includes community common area accessible to registered guests only. A single key fob is provided during each stay. If the key fob is damaged/lost/stolen we will impose a replacement fee of $125.00 In an effort to faciltate thorough same day turn around of the property and competitive nightly rates, we ask our guests to clean the bathrooms before checking-out. This means cleaning by wiping away any mess left around toilets and in showers. Please remove hair and urine around floors/base of toilets and showers. This is not in lieu of the cleaning service fee, which is for sanitation, laundry of linens/towels and returning everything to a fully “refreshed” condition for the upcoming guests to enjoy the space just like each reservation is provided at check-in.
