Its renovation began in 2022, with the intention of maintaining its original wooden structure inside and the boulder walls, so typical of the Sierra de Guadarrama, outside. This barn has been restored as a passive house, so it remains comfortable both in winter and summer in an efficient and environmentally friendly way.
