Artist's villa, private pool & garden, forest view

My home, Ripple House, is a newly constructed two bedroom villa & part of a gated complex, La Verona. It's in the heart of Assagao, at the very centre of everything great Goa has to offer! I am opening up my home to fellow travellers and people from all backgrounds are welcome! The space The space, spread out over two floors, consists of two ensuite bedrooms with king beds & a balcony, a living room with a powder room and a kitchen stocked with all essentials. There is also a 15 ft long private plunge pool and an outdoor garden seating space to enjoy a drink in the evenings. All rooms have floor to ceiling windows & the villa is bathed in plenty of natural light. The living room has a 65" smart HD TV with pre-installed streaming apps like Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video & Hotstar. I have a reliable 150 mbps unlimited Wi-Fi connection. There is a housekeeping team on site to clean & do the dishes. There is no provision for a cook or meals, but guests are welcome to use the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a stove, a fridge, microwave, water purifier, kettle, dishes and cutlery. Feel free to use anything you see in the kitchen. I also have a washing machine & dryer, should you wish to do laundry, along with an iron & ironing board. My place is located opposite the Assagao church and is a 1 minute drive to Gunpowder and Izumi. There is free street parking for cars & bikes, just outside the main gate. Assagao has plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars which are a short walk or drive away. Additionally, my place is a 10-15 minute drive from Anjuna and Vagator beaches and 30-40 minutes from Morjim, Ashwem & Mandrem. Both Swiggy & Zomato deliver to our doorstep. Guest access This is my family's home in Goa & not a professionally run villa, so I do ask that you respect the space and keep it clean. In case you're looking for a place to party, there are plenty of other villas that might be more suitable & I'm happy to recommend some Other things to note My place has power backup for essential lights, fans & WiFi. There is no power backup for the ACs. No shoes in the house. Please take your shoes off at the entrance. Glasses & bottles are not allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic cups. No smoking indoors, but you can smoke in the garden and the balcony. Please ash & stub your cigarettes in the ashtrays provided. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. No music in the outside garden area. The complex is on a sloping plot and may be slightly steep for people with mobility issues.
