We are in front of Cervecería 14, in Ciudad Vieja, 15 minutes from the central park of Antigua and 25 minutes from the Race Track. We have ample parking for buses if you come in a group, trailers with your motorcycles, or up to 12 cars. It is the ideal place for you to come and rest with your family in a safe and comfortable place, after a party or to enjoy Antigua. This is your home to continue sharing and enjoying. We are in a rustic and ecological place with beautiful views of the volcanoes. The space The environment is rustic and ecological, away from the noise of the city, wonderful views of the volcanoes of Agua, Fuego and Acatenango. The house's spaces are spacious, well ventilated and well lit. The decor is a fusion of modern combined with vintage and many antique things since we have an Antique shop and you will see them everywhere, we are always listening to what our guests say to improve and make your stay optimal; and a unique advantage in Marías House is that from the moment you arrive you are happy and celebrate life! Guest access The apartment is large, has a large living room, 2 televisions with Netflix account, board games, a dining room with full kitchen, dishwasher and dishwasher, all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove with oven. Also, four bedrooms, two on a first level that is completely flat, you do not have to lift your feet to access the entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen and those two bedrooms, the other two bedrooms are on the second level and you have to climb some comfortable steps to do so, all the bedrooms have a private bathroom and hot water, in the bedrooms there are 1 queen beds, 2 double beds, 1 double sofa bed, and 7 single beds, there are also 3 folding single beds, an inflatable double mattress and 4 sleeping bags, as well as sheets, pillows and additional blankets, we also have for your use a nice Harman Kardon Onix 8 speaker, so you can listen to music. Other things to note The apartment is private and you do not share spaces with anyone. In the housing complex there are 2 apartments with separate entrances and spaces of their own.
