For those who like fun, is just 5 minutes (by car) from the famous Maresias beach and 25 minutes from the city of São Sebastião. On the beach there are two great restaurants, one of them literally in the sand, and a grocery store next to the highway. In high season you can rent kayaks and, if the sea is calm, a snorkel can be fun. Noise that can disturb the neighbors and drug use in the house and / or condominium will not be allowed.
