Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space has lots of greenery and flowers. Every morning, the grassy backyard is colored by the canary birds. I'm sure the birds' songs will be everyone's alarm clock! It is impossible not to fall in love and feel connected with nature in a beach region, where you and your family will have rest after the sunny day on the beach. The space has 2 entrances. both of which are private. The space The garden is large and spacious, has tables and chairs to sit around the pool, has many fruit trees where your family can enjoy and take advantage of each one during the stay and in season. We are always available, just contact us in the best way. The house is very airy and spacious. We are constantly undergoing renovations and improvements, but this does not prevent your stays. We greatly appreciate your preference ✅️ Guest access Access to the entire space is only for you and your family or group of friends. I am the owner and I am the one who maintains the pool and waters the lawn. I hope everyone feels at home! and if you need me, just call me Thank you all!! Other things to note I'm the owner of the space, and so are you! Welcome, everyone! For the proper functioning of the house, here is some information: * The car must remain parked on the stone marking and cannot remain on the grass. * Visitors count as extra guests, and this must be agreed to with the owner. * We do not accept pets. * No smoking inside the house. * Trash can be placed on the street after 8 p.m., as it will be collected around 11 p.m. *Next to the kitchen window in the outdoor area, there are two switches that turn on the outdoor and pool lights. * Loud noise is prohibited. *Before entering the pool, always take a shower. * When not using the pool, turn off the pump. * Do not enter the pool with any oily products, e.g. hair cream, sunblock; do not enter with cotton clothes or food as they interfere with the water quality. *Jumping into the pool is prohibited, as it causes water waste. (fees will be charged on the stay) * Do not step on the grass and enter the pool directly, so that you do not get grass in the pool. * No throwing cigarette butts in the garden. *It is forbidden to leave the air-conditioning on when leaving the house. * Do not leave food inside the airfryer and microwave. * Do not leave dishes in the sink *It is forbidden to waste water excessively by leaving the external shower on. *Always turn off the lights when leaving, turn off the air-conditioning and check if any faucets are on, to avoid waste and extra charges. *NO parties of any kind. * The car must be parked in front of the gate, on the stone markings. * Avoid leaving food scraps in the yard, in order to prevent animals from appearing. *Do not touch the cabinet located in the external area, as it contains materials for the maintenance of the house; therefore, the use of any product or tool that is in that location is prohibited. * Pool maintenance is performed the day before departure; depending on the number of days, it may occur earlier as well. *Note: I am responsible for the maintenance of the pool and garden, and the guest is not required to be present for the service, as the worker enters, takes care of the outside area, and leaves. The space has free entrance for this professional for maintenance and good operation. All maintenance will be previously reported to the guest. *We are undergoing improvements, or "Renovations" outside, making minor repairs. Nothing to disrupt your stays. We do not disturb guests during their stays. We continue the renovations when there are available and unoccupied days. Treat the place as if it were your own. **** Have a great stay.****
