The space The living room in this 1,076 sq. ft. (100 m²) condo features a stylish, modern design, with chic blue and white furniture made of natural materials like wood and linen, a flat-screen TV, and high ceilings with wood beams that make the space feel bright, spacious, and airy. Next to the living room, the kitchen features high-end wood cabinets, open shelves, and stone countertops, as well as a kitchen island that seats four beneath two elegant light fixtures. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and even a wine fridge. The turquoise backsplash and blue and white chairs at the island add a pop of color to the kitchen’s calming natural tones. The Beach Club also offers a sauna and an ice plunge pool for an extra fee. Pet-friendly policy We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds.
