Our Sky Parlor Suite is an urban oasis and the ultimate base for your Nashville adventure! Nestled in the trendy 12 South neighborhood, this peaceful and inviting retreat offers comfort and charm, with a diverse array of restaurants, boutiques, shops, and urban art just a 5-minute stroll away. Downtown Nashville, with all it has to offer, is just a 10-minute drive or Uber ride away. The Gulch, home to even more trendy restaurants and shops, is just a 5-minute drive or a brisk 2-mile walk. The space Welcome to our Sky Parlor Suite, your perfect getaway! Spacious and serene, our suite is designed to ensure a restful and enjoyable stay. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a cozy and functional space. The peaceful, secure residential neighborhood provides a charming contrast to the vibrant 12 South business district, which offers a wealth of shopping and dining options. We are fully permitted! The tranquil Sevier Park, with its majestic shade trees and soothing ambiance, adds an extra layer of serenity to the area and is only a few steps from our urban retreat. Enjoy the shaded walk paths, the tennis and basketball courts, and the playgrounds. You can savor a picnic lunch in the sun or shade, or simply watch the world go by. Our Sky Parlor Suite spans the entire second floor of a charming residential home, offering a spacious and comfortable stay for up to four guests. It features one king bed, one queen bed, and one twin bed. Please be aware that all sleeping areas are open to each other within a single, connected space, making it less suitable for two couples seeking privacy. A well-equipped European-style kitchenette (we are on Paris Avenue, after all) is perfect for preparing a variety of meals or snacks to suit your cravings. Appliances include: compact refrigerator / freezer, microwave, multifunction convection oven / air fryer, coffee maker, and induction burner. The cozy TV room doubles as a workspace for those blending business with pleasure. Please note that the compact bathroom includes a shower but does not have a bathtub. Our bright and airy urban oasis is comfy cool in the summer and cozy warm in the winter. Guest access The separate entrance on the rear deck of our home allows you the security and privacy you expect. Unfortunately, it is NOT handicap-accessible, and could be a problem for anyone who has difficulty going up and down stairs. On-street parking is available in the front of the house on Paris Ave. Guests are asked not to block any driveways. Guests are invited to enjoy the pleasant, breezy back deck, where chairs have been provided for your comfort. Other things to note Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. To respect our neighbors, please avoid loud and disruptive activities after this time. We love pets, but, sadly, we cannot permit them in our suite.
