The space APARTMENT AMENITIES: - 50m² apartment, with everything separate: bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom (not a kitchenette) - enough to comfortably accommodate 4 people. - equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and ceiling fans* - sofa WITH SPRINGS and high-density foam that, when opened, is LARGER THAN A DOUBLE BED (2.20 m x 1.50 m). - Queen bed (with PACKED SPRING mattress!) - Built-in closet in the bedroom ✅ WHAT IS OFFERED: - fitted sheets, one for the bed, one for the sofa; - face and bath towels - kitchen utensils in general ❌ WHAT IS NOT OFFERED: - air conditioning - shampoos, conditioners and soaps - seasonings, sweeteners, sugar BUILDING AMENITIES: - 24 hour doorman - Laundry (charged separately, approximately 30 reais to wash and dry) - Parking in the building itself (charged separately, 30 reais per day) - Possibility of storing luggage before check-in.
