The building has a 24-hour guardhouse and receptionist, ensuring safety and tranquility. In addition, the apartment is practically facing the beach, "feet in the sand," providing a unique and relaxing experience. The Space: Comfortable Room: A super comfortable double bed and air-conditioning to ensure peaceful nights of sleep. Living Room: A cozy space with a sofa, and a selection of books and magazines. Samsung Smart TV with multiple network channels, Netflix, Spotify, and more. Full Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a stove, refrigerator, airfryer, sandwich maker and utensils. Bathroom: Equipped with 4-temperature electric shower, set of towels, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and bar soap. Balcony: offers a special view of Pedra da Gávea, a little of the beach and the building's pool, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy the scenery. Fast Wi-Fi: Perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite series. Our internet is fiber optic, the Wi-Fi signal is great and constant and reaches the entire apartment. It is an outsourced service for which we have no responsibility in case of a signal drop, for example. Incredible View: Enjoy a view of Pedra da Gávea and a partial view of the beach. Room service included during your stay, except on Sundays and holidays. It includes making the bed, cleaning the bathroom, removing garbage, and washing the dishes. Usually, the team arrives around 1:30 p.m. They usually ring the bell first, and if no one answers, they enter with the key. If you prefer that they not do the service, just let me know and I'll arrange it. When the water runs out, just fill the filter again to continue enjoying it. It's simple to use and works great! I love meeting new people and I'm always available to give tips about the city. If you need anything during your stay, I'll be available! House Rules: - Smoking is allowed inside the house (only on the balcony). - No parties or events allowed. - Quiet hours after 10 p.m. - Do not remove makeup with bath and face towels or bed linens (In the bathroom we have makeup remover wipes that can be used for this purpose. Permanent stains may result in a fine to replace the damaged item; Fine amount: R$ 60 for towels, sheets or pillowcases. R$ 80 for bedspreads) - Do not sit on the furniture inside the house (beds, sofas, chairs) if you are wet from the beach or pool. - Do not flush tampons, hair, wet wipes, cigarette butts, cigars, or any other object that could clog the pipes down the toilet; I'm looking forward to being your host! Other things to note Please note that an additional payment of R$ 300 is required to reserve the building's barbecue area. The reservation must be made directly at the reception or with the condominium administration.
